Mente Group is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new Flight Department, based in the Southern Bay Area, CA, and operating a large-cabin Gulfstream (G700). We're hiring a Corporate Cabin Attendant, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the cabin aboard the Company's assigned aircraft while delivering exceptional inflight service in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established service standards. This role also supports basic aircraft servicing tasks as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the flight crew in the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain the cabin and galley to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness — including coordinating catering arrangements tailored to passenger preferences, and cleaning, restocking, and tracking inventory of beverages, amenities, and onboard supplies before and after each flight.
  • Assist with basic mechanical and servicing tasks on and around the aircraft as directed by the flight crew or Director of Maintenance, within the scope of training and applicable regulations.
  • Complete operational reports and required documentation accurately.
  • Maintain a professional standard of appearance and conduct at all times.
  • Ensure all required travel and operational documents (passport, visas, certifications) remain current and valid.
  • Carry out additional operational duties assigned by the Lead Pilot or other authorized personnel, as appropriate.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant or in private/business aviation.
  • Previous experience delivering First Class and/or Business Class cabin service with an international airline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Valid passport with sufficient validity for international travel.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain and maintain the visas and travel documentation required for international operations.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting business aviation operations within Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, or other international regions.
  • Previous experience operating Bombardier Global 6000, Global 7500, or Gulfstream aircraft (G500 or above).
  • Currently hold valid international visas that allow immediate travel without additional processing or lead time.
  • Experience as a Flight Mechanic, Flight Engineer, or in an aircraft maintenance/mechanical support role, a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role requires flexibility to support operational requirements, including weekends, public holidays, extended duty periods, and domestic and international travel involving overnight and extended trips.
  • Full standby roster.
  • In-house training is provided for all operational, safety, and service requirements.
  • Ability to lift and stow items weighing up to 40 lbs (catering, luggage, and supplies).
  • Physically able to perform all required job functions, including extended periods of standing and movement within a confined cabin environment.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
