Pay & Growth
• Entry-level technicians: $22–26/hr
• Experienced technicians: $28–32/hr
• Performance-based raises

What You’ll Do
• Install and repair residential garage doors and openers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
• Work directly with homeowners and provide great service
• Use hand and power tools safely and confidently
• Complete service notes and job photos using mobile software
• Work independently and with a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to lift 75+ lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors and staying active
• Reliable, hardworking, and coachable
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• Good attitude and strong customer service skills
Experience in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, delivery/install work, handyman services, mechanical repair, or other trades is helpful — but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.

About this role
Raynor Hawai'i Overhead Doors is looking for residential garage door technicians to join their Pearl City team on a full-time, year-round basis. You'll install and repair garage doors and openers, diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, interact directly with homeowners, and document your work using mobile software. The role is hands-on and independent, requiring you to be comfortable with tools, lifting over 75 pounds, and working outdoors in an active environment.
No prior garage door experience is necessary—the company provides paid training for reliable, mechanically inclined candidates willing to learn. Entry-level technicians start at $22–26 per hour, with experienced technicians earning up to $32 per hour, and performance-based raises available as you develop skills. If you have background in construction, maintenance, HVAC, electrical work, or other trades, that's valuable but not required.
