Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to join our Executive support Team

About the role:

This Senior Executive Assistant supports a member of our Management Committee, managing their time and priorities to best support and ensure success.

You will report into the Chief Legal Officer

Work Location: This position is based in our New York, NY office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $101,844.000 - $133,670.25 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the calendars of Executives by developing a thorough understanding of business objectives, stakeholders and prioritizations. 
  • Evaluate workflow for the leaders and suggest ways of increasing productivity and streamlining processes
  • Independently manage all aspects of executives’ travel and expense-management processes
  • Partner with key roles across functions to coordinate cross-functional deliverables for your executive’s business segment 
  • Independently plan and lead in-person and virtual events aligned to the executive’s priorities including hosting VIP guests
  • Effectively communicate confidential information across executive leaders and key stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship to junior assistants
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior level executives

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
