About this role

AQR's Compliance Department is looking for someone with five to seven years of regulatory reporting experience to manage the firm's filings with U.S. and international regulators. You'd handle the preparation and submission of reports including SEC Form PF and ADV, CFTC Form CPO-PQR, and FCA's AIFMD Annex, coordinating data collection across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Beyond routine filing work, you'd develop internal processes and procedures, stay current on regulatory changes across the U.S., Asia, and Europe, and communicate requirements to other departments—positioning yourself as a strategic resource for control improvements across the organization.

This role suits someone with deep knowledge of the specific forms mentioned, ideally gained at an investment manager, broker-dealer, or fund administrator. You'll need strong Excel and Bloomberg skills, familiarity with complex financial derivatives, and ideally some SQL or Python experience. The work demands someone who can manage multiple deadlines with minimal supervision, communicate clearly with senior management, and balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of how compliance fits into the firm's operations.

The position is based in Greenwich, Connecticut, full-time and in-office, with a salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 plus an annual discretionary bonus and standard benefits including health insurance and 401(k).
