Communication & Reporting
- Produce consistent, accurate, and concise project status reports for the Head of PMO, CISO, and senior leadership surfacing progress, risks, decisions, and next steps with clarity.

- Proactively monitor delivery progress against baseline plans, forecast deviations before they materialize, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and actively manage project risks, issues, and blockers maintaining a structured RAID log and driving mitigation actions to resolution.
- Anticipate cross-team dependencies and organizational friction points ahead of time; broker solutions before they escalate into delivery-impacting issues.
- Apply structured problem-solving approaches to unblock teams, resolve ambiguity, and maintain delivery velocity under pressure.
- Escalate critical risks and decisions to the Head of PMO with full context, impact analysis, and a clear recommended course of action.

About this role
Nebius is seeking a Project Manager to join its Cyber Security PMO, reporting to the Head of PMO under the CISO. You'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex security initiatives across the organization, working with global stakeholders spanning Security, IT, Engineering, Product, Legal, and Privacy. This is an execution-focused role that demands someone comfortable managing ambiguity, coordinating multiple teams simultaneously across geographies and time zones, and maintaining accountability from project charter through formal closure.
Your day-to-day work centers on structured project delivery: decomposing complex security programs into clearly phased workstreams with named owners, maintaining comprehensive project artifacts (plans, RAID logs, decision registers), and keeping Jira as the single source of truth for all tracking and reporting. You'll produce regular status reports tailored to different audiences—from technical teams to the CISO and senior leadership—and serve as the primary point of contact ensuring no stakeholder falls out of sync. The role demands proactive risk management: identifying dependencies and friction points early, brokering solutions before they become blockers, and escalating critical issues with full context and recommended actions.
This role suits someone with three to five years of hands-on project management in complex, cross-functional environments who has demonstrated mastery of the full project lifecycle and deep proficiency in Jira. You'll need strong decomposition skills, the ability to adapt communication across all levels, and a proactive mindset that anticipates problems rather than reacting to them. The position is based in Amsterdam and requires in-office presence.
