About this role
Inspira Education is seeking part-time MCAT tutors to work remotely with students preparing for medical school admissions. You'll deliver one-on-one tutoring across all sections of the exam, design personalized study plans tailored to each student's strengths and gaps, and track their progress throughout their preparation. The role also involves communicating milestones to families and maintaining detailed records of student performance—work that extends beyond tutoring sessions themselves.
The position requires approximately 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility around student availability across afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You'll need a bachelor's degree, a verified MCAT score of 521 or higher, and ideally one to two years of prior teaching or tutoring experience. The ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and manage multiple responsibilities with precision is essential.
This role suits someone with strong MCAT knowledge who genuinely enjoys mentoring and has the discipline to balance flexible scheduling with consistent student support. It's an opportunity to contribute to Inspira's mission of expanding access to quality test prep coaching while building your tutoring portfolio.
