This is a hands-on field position where you'll work directly on active construction projects alongside experienced professionals committed to developing the next generation of construction leaders. You'll move beyond the trailer to oversee daily operations, coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules and resources, and ensure work meets safety, budget, and quality standards from preconstruction planning through project completion.

The role suits someone with a degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field who has a genuine interest in how construction actually happens—particularly design-build, tilt-up concrete, and industrial projects.
