About this role
Buncha is hiring full-time grocery shoppers and delivery drivers in Wixom to pick and stage orders from Meijer, then deliver them to customers in a company-provided refrigerated van. This is W2 employment with a set schedule and consistent hours—not gig work. You'll use the Buncha app to manage orders in-store and ensure accurate, timely deliveries while providing good customer service.
The role pays an average of $22/hr, combining a $13/hr base with tips and performance bonuses. You'll need to be 21 or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, capable of lifting over 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. A smartphone with Android 5.0+ or iOS 15+ is required, and you'll need to pass a background check.
Beyond pay, Buncha provides a company van so you're not using your own vehicle, a uniform, and benefits including PTO and medical, dental, and vision coverage after an initial waiting period. This suits someone looking for stable, full-time work with predictable hours rather than flexible gig-based delivery.
