About this role

ARCO, a design-build construction firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices and regions from their Cincinnati headquarters. You'll own the end-to-end hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating offers and onboarding—while building strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership. The role requires managing job requisitions, maintaining talent pipelines, and using recruiting platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse.

This position calls for 5 to 10+ years of recruiting experience in construction, engineering, or architecture. Familiarity with recruiting tools and the ability to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization are essential. Data center recruiting experience is a bonus. You'll be working in-office in Blue Ash and contributing to broader talent acquisition initiatives that support the company's growth as one of the fastest-growing privately-owned contractors in the country.

ARCO offers substantial benefits including an industry-leading performance bonus, 100% employer-funded ESOP, three weeks of vacation, paid sabbatical after five years, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health coverage. Note that this is listed as a volunteer position, which may warrant clarification with the company before applying.
