About this role

Judi Health is seeking a Lead Analyst to oversee operational excellence across its government programs division, managing a team of 5–7 analysts while driving process improvements in Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange administration. You'd serve as the technical backbone of the team, translating regulatory guidance into actionable workflows, mentoring peers through complex analytical work, and ensuring deliverables meet both compliance and operational standards.
