About this role
Judi Health is seeking a VP to lead client services for its health plan, health system, and TPA portfolio. This senior role combines executive relationship management with strategic business development, requiring someone who can navigate complex payer environments and drive both growth and retention across a sophisticated client base. You'd own the full lifecycle of these relationships—from identifying expansion opportunities and leading renewal discussions to serving as the escalation point for operational, clinical, and contractual challenges that span multiple business units.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of leadership experience in PBM, health plan administration, or payer services, with a track record managing executive-level accounts and cross-functional teams in regulated markets. You'll need deep fluency in payer operations, pharmacy benefit administration, government programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange), and the economics that drive these businesses. This role demands the ability to partner effectively across Product, Operations, Clinical, Compliance, Finance, and Regulatory teams—translating client priorities into organizational execution while identifying financial optimization and savings strategies that benefit both sides.
Based in Charlotte with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in-office, this position offers a $200,000–$300,000 salary range and suits someone with strong executive presence who thrives in complex, highly regulated healthcare environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels.
