Dynamis, Inc. is seeking a Contract Project Manager (PM) to serve as the single point of accountability for delivery of all HSIN Program and Stakeholder Engagement support services. The PM manages the full contract team, oversees scope, schedule, and cost, performs quality assurance across all deliverables, and serves as the primary interface with the Government. The PM ensures the program strengthens HSIN as a trusted, widely adopted information-sharing hub for the FSLTTIP community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and provide oversight of the entire contract, performing quality assurance across all team efforts and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary interface with the Government; attend weekly performance meetings and formulate/deliver action plans to resolve issues or initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly PMR presentations; ensure all deliverables (PMP, Milestone Roadmap, Staffing Plan, RAMR, and others) are provided on time.
- Define roles, responsibilities, schedules, and risk-mitigation strategies; manage integrated project schedules using government-defined tools.
- Manage the HSIN centralized documentation repository; utilize Jira and Confluence for task management and standups.
- Ensure adherence to DHS standards, methodologies, configuration, and compliance (including Section 508 and DHS 4300A).
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience leading teams in project management and stakeholder management, outreach, product marketing, business development, process improvement, training, requirements gathering, and website design and maintenance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or ability to obtain within six (6) months of entry on duty and maintain through the life of the contract.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as the primary Government interface, prepare and deliver quarterly Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables.
- Experience supporting security processing and interfacing with government security officials on physical, personnel, and information protection matters.
Preferred:
- Change management experience with a large IT organization and system.
- Active Secret clearance (or higher); prior DHS or homeland security program experience.
- Experience with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project/Teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, management, IT, or communications).
Salary range: $145,000-165,000
The salary range for this position represents the anticipated hiring range. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and potential contract funding.
