About this role
Engage Senior Therapy, part of the Fusion Physical Therapy Partners network, is building a new occupational therapy program at a senior living community in Wiscasset and seeking an OT to lead individualized care for older adults across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. You'd conduct functional assessments, design and deliver hands-on treatment plans focused on ADL retraining and safety, and make environmental recommendations that help residents maintain independence and quality of life. The role emphasizes direct patient relationships and close collaboration with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing, and care staff to coordinate comprehensive support.
