We are seeking a polished, highly organized, and personable Executive Assistant to support our Executive, School Management. This onsite role is based in New York City and requires five days per week in the office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to provide thoughtful, high-quality support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible, professional, and comfortable managing a variety of priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day calendar management and administrative support aligned with the Executive, School Management's priorities
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and calendar changes across multiple stakeholders
Anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts
Help manage shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests
Communicate professionally and confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a high level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and other administrative needs
Assist with special projects and additional executive support needs as they arise
Build strong working relationships across teams and help ensure seamless day-to-day execution Schedule and Availability This is a five-day-per-week onsite position in New York City. The role generally follows the needs and schedule of the Executive, School Management, so some flexibility may be required depending on meetings, events, and changing priorities. The ideal candidate is adaptable and comfortable adjusting their schedule when business needs arise.
Qualifications
Entry-level candidates with strong internship, administrative, or professional office experience, as well as experienced Executive Assistants, are encouraged to apply
Ability to work onsite five days per week in New York City
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Polished, professional, and confident interacting with a variety of stakeholders
Personable, outgoing, and comfortable building relationships across teams
Proactive and able to anticipate needs
Flexible and adaptable when priorities or schedules change
Strong judgment and discretion
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
