About this role

BDA is a global merchandise agency seeking an Account Manager to lead assigned product lines in the Kids & Family space from their Atlanta office. The role combines client relationship management with internal coordination—you'll work to hit revenue, margin, and satisfaction targets while serving as the strategic bridge between clients' needs and BDA's creative and operational teams. This is a hybrid position requiring four days onsite and one day remote weekly, with the expectation that you're based near Atlanta or Dallas for regular in-person collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of business or marketing experience, ideally with exposure to kids' consumer products or kid-focused businesses. You'll need strong project management skills, financial acumen (understanding margins and sales projections), and comfort presenting to clients. The work demands someone who can juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines while staying detail-oriented, think strategically about product development, and maintain professionalism across internal and external relationships. Intermediate MS Office proficiency is required.

The position offers a base salary of $70,000 to $82,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs, robust PTO with summer Fridays, and a paid volunteer day. Revenue-generating roles may also qualify for incentive compensation.
