About this role

Loenbro's Midwest division is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead mission-critical electrical projects in Nebraska. The company has strategically focused on data center and mission-critical electrical infrastructure, and this role sits at the center of that specialization. You would oversee electrical system testing and troubleshooting on commercial properties, manage team safety and compliance, coordinate schedules and materials, and direct installation and problem-solving efforts. The work demands hands-on expertise—you'll use testing equipment, work at heights on scaffolding, bend conduit, and move between job sites, often in manufacturing or refining environments with exposure to temperature extremes, noise, and confined spaces.

This position requires at least 10 years in the electrical trade, with a minimum of 4 years leading mission-critical projects and teams. Industrial electrical experience is essential, and NCCER, NFPA, or OSHA certifications are strongly preferred. You'll need to be comfortable with the physical demands of the role—climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, walking uneven terrain, and occasionally working evenings or weekends to meet deadlines. Travel to various project sites is expected, and a valid driver's license is required if driving is part of the assignment.

Loenbro offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, life and disability coverage, and professional development opportunities. The role reports to the General Superintendent and is classified as non-exempt full-time employment.
