To contribute to the Jonsson Workwear experience, our Jonsson Workwear Cape Town team seeks an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Floor Customer Advisor to serve our customers brilliantly. As a versatile team member, your ability to adapt to various challenges and responsibilities is key. From assisting customers to upholding the store's impeccable presentation, you will contribute to our vision of inspiring and wowing the hard workers we serve.
The versatile and enthusiastic individual best suited to this role at Jonsson Cape Town will be required to:
- Possess the excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate and engage with customers and your team.
- Master our entire product offering and effectively communicate your knowledge to connect customers with the right workwear solutions.
- Provide outstanding service that enables you to build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Be a reliable, go-to individual, to both your team and your customers. Follow up, follow through and deliver on your promises with passion and urgency.
- Continually display the self-motivation to get stuck in, assist where needed and learn new skills required to oversee various tasks across the store.
- Ensure a smooth experience for customers, from recommending workwear solutions to efficiently processing their transactions.
- Exemplify the Jonsson Workwear brand by presenting yourself impeccably – both in how you wear your uniform and conduct yourself in a manner that best reflects our brand values.

About this role
Jonsson Workwear's Cape Town store is looking for a Floor Customer Advisor who can be the face of the brand while delivering genuine expertise on workwear solutions. You'll spend your day on the shop floor engaging with customers, understanding their work environments and needs, then connecting them with the right products from the full range. This means you need strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to follow through on commitments—whether that's a sales transaction, a customer follow-up, or supporting a teammate.
The role demands versatility and self-motivation. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll contribute to maintaining the store's presentation and be ready to adapt to whatever the day requires. You should be presentable, well-spoken, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping hard workers perform at their best. Reliability matters here; you're expected to be someone your team and customers can depend on to deliver with urgency and care.
