Brightstone Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Jacksonville team.

We deliver ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive, individualized support in the environments that matter most.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Implement and oversee ABA services across clinic, home, and school settings
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments using our online platform
  • Ensure compliance with ethical and payor standards

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience in clinic, home, and/or school-based ABA services preferred (not required)
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Medicaid and Tricare credentialing is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary of $80,000+, plus yearly performance-based bonuses (Tiered compensation structure for BCBAs certified 1+ years and billable hour levels)
    • $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid at 3 and 6 months
  • $1,500 CEU reimbursement, including conference travel expenses
  • Mileage reimbursement for required travel
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance options
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • Potential relocation assistance
  • 15 days of PTO to start, with additional days earned over time
  • Paid recertification costs
  • Referral bonus program
