About this role

Leading Pediatrics Plus's Conway location means stewarding both clinical excellence and organizational health across therapy and ABA services. You'd own the full operational scope—from hiring and performance management to budget oversight, compliance, and caseload efficiency—while setting the cultural tone through daily huddles, one-on-one coaching, and modeling the company's values in every decision. The role demands you balance competing priorities: ensuring therapeutically sound, family-centered care while meeting revenue targets, managing state compliance, and building a team culture strong enough to drive retention.

This position suits someone with solid healthcare or behavioral health operations experience, comfort with financial and HR accountability, and genuine skill in developing people. You'll need to read complex regulatory environments, communicate persuasively across clinicians, families, executives, and community partners, and stay composed when handling personnel conflicts or parent concerns. The work is in-office and contract-based, centered in Conway, Arkansas, with Pediatrics Plus offering competitive pay, bonuses, insurance, professional development, and a company-matched retirement plan.
