About this role

Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment is seeking an Account Executive to build the New York Liberty's group sales business from the ground up. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations across the tristate area through closing deals, fulfilling experiences, and nurturing long-term relationships. Success means hitting revenue and activity targets while identifying creative ways to bring fans together around the team.

The role demands comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and in-person networking, paired with strong relationship-building skills to understand what different customer segments need. You'll manage your pipeline in Salesforce, attend Liberty home games to host clients and execute group experiences, and collaborate with internal teams on ticketing, marketing, and operations to deliver memorable events. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays around the basketball schedule.

This is best suited to someone with one to three years of sales experience—ideally in ticket sales, sports, hospitality, or another fast-paced sales environment—who is genuinely interested in women's sports and the WNBA's growth. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Group Sales and work in-office in Brooklyn.
