About this role

SERHANT. New Development is looking for an on-site administrator to support its Williamsburg, Brooklyn sales gallery and new development projects. You'd be the operational backbone for the team, managing schedules, handling communications, tracking deals and commissions in the company's systems, and coordinating between sales agents, developers, and management. The role spans administrative essentials—voicemails, emails, supply ordering—alongside project-specific work like maintaining marketing collateral accuracy, creating weekly e-blasts, assisting with event planning, and generating reports for developers.

This position suits someone organized and detail-oriented who can juggle multiple priorities independently while staying responsive to management needs. You'll need a bachelor's degree, one to two years of work experience, and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Monday or Airtable. A real estate salesperson license is a plus but not required. The base salary is $65,000, and the role is fully on-site in the Williamsburg area, though you may occasionally work at other SERHANT. offices or attend offsites. You must already be authorized to work in the United States.
