About this role

Nox Innovations is looking for Design Modelers to create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models that drive estimating, coordination, and construction workflows on projects. In this role, you'll translate 2D drawings and specifications into discipline-specific 3D geometry using tools like Revit and Navisworks, coordinate your models with other trades, and apply quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work under supervision to learn company and project-specific modeling standards, flag conflicts or issues for the design team, and document progress to support project reporting.

This position suits someone with technical training or hands-on experience in BIM, CAD, drafting, engineering, or construction who has strong spatial reasoning and attention to detail. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or construction systems is valued, as is familiarity with BIM software. You'll need solid problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret technical information systematically, and comfort working collaboratively within a team while following established processes.

The role is based in Phoenix and requires in-office work. As a safety-sensitive position, it involves a drug test and background check, and the job may include physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and operating vehicles or equipment.
