About You
- Independently Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
- Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.
About the Role
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Schedule & Caseload:
- Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST.
- Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
- Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

Two Chairs also provides free CE credits, case consultation, and optional AI-assisted documentation tools to reduce paperwork.
You'll need an active license in Washington (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or psychologist credential), at least two years of clinical experience with adults, six months of teletherapy experience, and comfort with clinical assessments and EHR systems. Two Chairs will cover the full cost of licensure if you're willing to expand to other states.
