About this role
SolarWinds is seeking a Travel Desk Operation Associate to own the day-to-day management of its corporate travel program in Mumbai. You'll be the central hub for employee travel inquiries, booking support, and disruption resolution, while also managing vendor relationships, reconciling invoices, and producing spend and compliance reports. The role requires you to work across Finance, HR, and executive teams to keep the travel experience smooth and aligned with company policy, using platforms like Navan to track and optimize the program.
This position suits someone with proven travel operations experience who combines strong organizational skills with vendor management and financial acumen. You'll need proficiency in travel management systems, comfort with invoice reconciliation and purchase orders, and the ability to produce analytical reports.
