Description

About this role
Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is looking for an experienced window and door installation subcontractor to work year-round in the Nashville area. You'd be running a 2–3 person crew handling residential installations for the nation's top window manufacturer. The role offers consistent work throughout all seasons, including winter, with no weekend commitments—a significant advantage in the trade.
To qualify, you need at least three years of hands-on installation experience, a valid driver's license, and your own enclosed vehicle (trailer, cargo van, or box truck) equipped with a metal brake and tools. You'll also need current EPA/Lead certification and proof of liability, auto, and workers' compensation insurance. The company supplies job materials and dumpsters, so your overhead is limited to what you already carry.
Compensation averages $250,000–$300,000 annually for a crew, paid weekly, with earnings tied to volume and work completed. You'll have dedicated on-site managers supporting project execution. This is a full-time position suited to someone organized, self-directed, and ready to keep a crew productive year-round.
