About the role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team! 

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring that our customers are successful in achieving their business objectives through the use of our products and services. In this role, you will work closely with customers, cross-functional teams, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with them to understand their business objectives
• Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and success
• Monitor customer usage and engagement with our products and services, and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer needs are being met
• Provide training and support to customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our products and services
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve the customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer success position or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to think strategically and anticipate customer needs
