About this role

Monster Energy's Consumer Engagement Ambassador program in Christchurch is the on-ground face of the brand's national marketing push. You'd be working part-time (up to 30 hours weekly) at street level and events, sampling products, setting up point-of-sale materials, and building direct consumer connections that feed into Monster's broader sales and brand strategy. The work spans guerrilla sampling, retail merchandising support, event activation, and warehouse logistics—essentially the hands-on execution that gets Monster products into people's hands and keeps the brand visible where it matters.

This role demands reliability and physical capability. You'll need to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck across urban, suburban, and highway terrain. Availability is non-negotiable: you must commit to at least one shift per week with no exceptions, arrive on time consistently, and maintain professional appearance and communication throughout. A clean driving record, valid provincial driver's license, and criminal background clearance are mandatory, as is being at least 21 years old.

The pay is $20 CAD per hour. This suits someone who thrives in high-energy, consumer-facing environments and wants to represent a brand they believe in, with the flexibility of part-time work and the chance to be part of Monster's grassroots marketing engine.
