About this role
Comstock is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant to lead the leasing operation for a high-rise community in Charlotte. You'll own the full resident journey—from attracting prospects and generating leads through closing leases and move-in—while handling the administrative backbone of paperwork, reporting, and process management. Beyond traditional leasing duties, you'll shape how the community markets itself through social media strategy and local outreach, and coordinate promotional campaigns designed to drive traffic and maintain occupancy.
This role demands at least two years of hands-on leasing experience in luxury high-rise multifamily properties, paired with a genuine ability to connect with people and guide them through decisions. You'll need strong organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally Yardi, and the self-direction to manage your workload with minimal oversight. A bachelor's degree is preferred, though a high school diploma meets the baseline requirement.
The position suits someone energized by direct customer interaction and sales execution—someone who sees leasing as relationship-building rather than transaction processing. You'll work in-office in Charlotte and thrive in an environment where your initiative directly impacts both resident satisfaction and community performance.
