About this role

AppDirect is looking for a Channel Manager to build and grow relationships with Technology Advisors across an assigned territory in the Boston area. You'll own the full partner lifecycle—from recruitment and account planning through ongoing expansion—while representing AppDirect's subscription commerce platform and coordinating internal resources to meet partner needs and sales targets. The role sits at the intersection of partnership strategy and direct sales execution, requiring you to balance growing revenue with maintaining healthy channel dynamics and avoiding conflicts with other sales channels.

Success in this position demands at least two years of B2B channel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, support, and management teams. You'll need to be comfortable with data analysis, competitive positioning, and the practical tools of the trade—Salesforce, Google G-suite, and standard business software. Travel is required, and you'll be working in-office in Boston.

This role suits someone who thrives on relationship-building and ownership, who can juggle multiple stakeholder needs simultaneously, and who stays focused on results even in a fast-moving environment. If you have channel sales experience and want to drive growth through partner networks rather than direct sales alone, this is worth exploring.
