About Creative Fabrica
Creative Fabrica is a fast-growing AI platform that makes it easy for everyday consumers to create whatever they imagine, from images and videos to audio and 3D creations, using the latest generative AI models.
We want to make it even easier for users to bring their ideas to life by providing tutorials, instructions and engaging educational episodes on our YouTube channel. That’s where you come in!
About the role
This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with 30 work-from-anywhere days per year.
We’re looking for someone who loves long-form video editing and lives and breathes YouTube. You obsess over video structure, hooks and pacing, and understand what makes a title or thumbnail worth clicking. You follow editors like Hayden Hillier-Smith, Finzar and Jordan Orme, and can explain the creative decisions that make a video work.
You’ll work alongside our YouTube Creator & Host and a dedicated motion designer to turn creative AI workflows into videos people love watching. You’ll generate AI footage and supporting visuals, own the edit, and shape each video’s structure, storytelling and pacing.
Beyond the edit, you’ll lead titles, thumbnail briefs, publishing and performance analysis. Together with the host, you’ll decide what to make next, learn from what resonates with viewers and take responsibility for growing the channel and our community.
What you will do
- Edit videos people love watching: Own the long-form edit, shaping hooks, structure, storytelling and pacing to make creative AI tutorials engaging and easy to follow.
- Create with AI: Generate AI footage, examples and supporting visuals that bring creative workflows to life and make each episode more compelling.
- Lead production: Work with the host, brief your dedicated motion designer and coordinate recording needs, deadlines and revisions to take videos from concept to publication.
- Own titles and thumbnails: Develop titles and thumbnail concepts with the host, brief the graphic designer and ensure the final result gives viewers a compelling reason to click.
- Own publishing: Manage uploads, descriptions, scheduling and final quality checks to maintain a consistent publishing cadence.
- Grow the channel: Share responsibility for channel growth with the host. Use click-through rates, retention, watch time and viewer feedback to improve videos and decide what to make next.
What you will need
- Strong long-form editing skills: You have a portfolio of YouTube videos that demonstrates strong storytelling, hooks, pacing, sound and visual judgment.
- Deep YouTube understanding: You naturally study videos, titles and thumbnails to understand why they work. You’re comfortable using YouTube Studio analytics to make creative decisions.
- Hands-on generative AI skills: You already create images and videos with AI, have work to show and know how to turn generated assets into polished video content.
- Creative ownership: You contribute ideas, suggest improvements and take responsibility for finished videos, rather than waiting for detailed editing instructions.
- Production and collaboration skills: You manage deadlines, keep production organized and communicate clearly with the host and designers, with excellent English.

- Experience producing tutorials or creator-led content about generative AI and creative tools.

Creative Fabrica is launching YouTube as a core channel to reach creators worldwide, and they're looking for someone to build it from scratch—not manage existing content, but own the entire strategy, creative direction, and growth. You'd be responsible for identifying topics, developing concepts, scripting, appearing on camera, and publishing at high velocity while experimenting relentlessly with formats, thumbnails, and hooks. You'd work closely with a dedicated video editor, motion designers, graphic designer, and educational content producer, giving you real creative firepower to execute ideas quickly.
This role demands 2+ years of professional creator experience and deep YouTube fluency—you need to understand click-through rates, retention metrics, and recommendation algorithms well enough to diagnose why videos succeed or fail. You should have a proven track record of generating meaningful organic viewership and strong instincts for packaging. Scripting ability, on-camera comfort, and fluent English are essential. Beyond technical skills, you need genuine ownership mentality: you develop concepts independently, move fast through failures, and aggressively scale what works.
The position is full-time and in-office at Creative Fabrica's Amsterdam headquarters, with 30 work-from-anywhere days annually, 24 days of paid vacation, lunch provided on office days, and a travel allowance if you live over 10km away.
