About this role
Supporting a top-ranked wealth management firm requires someone equally comfortable managing executive calendars and greeting clients with genuine warmth. At Allworth Financial's Indianapolis office, the Executive Office Administrator serves as a linchpin between advisors, leadership, and clients—handling everything from appointment coordination and mail distribution to conference room readiness and office refreshments. You'll be the first impression clients receive and a reliable operational backbone for the Client Service and Operations teams.
This role demands strong organizational skills, professional communication abilities, and genuine comfort with both people and technology. The ideal candidate has at least five years of administrative and phone experience, though what matters most is a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a real commitment to service excellence. You'll work independently on routine tasks while collaborating across departments, and you should be comfortable suggesting process improvements and adapting as the firm continues to grow.
Allworth offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with generous contributions, and 15 paid days off annually for non-exempt employees. The firm is a high-growth, private equity-backed advisory firm ranked among Barron's top 15 RIAs, with a 97% client retention rate—meaning you'd be joining a stable, successful organization where career development is genuinely supported.
