About this role
KKR's Global Investment Operations Team in Dublin is building out its middle office function and seeking a Senior Analyst to take on a broad portfolio of responsibilities spanning NAV and regulatory reporting, service provider oversight, capital activity, treasury support, and operational projects. You'll work across the firm's global operations infrastructure, collaborating with colleagues in other functions and businesses to support KKR's alternative asset management and capital markets operations.
The ideal candidate brings relevant experience from fund accounting, fund administration, or operations roles—ideally in credit, asset management, private equity, or infrastructure funds. Hands-on knowledge of NAV calculation methodologies and Fund of Fund structures would set you apart. Beyond technical grounding, KKR is looking for someone who combines intellectual curiosity with commercial judgment: a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and heavy workloads, detail-oriented and proactive about problem-solving, with strong project management discipline. You should be comfortable building relationships across multiple stakeholder groups, working independently while remaining a collaborative team player, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office—particularly advanced Excel—is expected; prior experience with Advent Geneva is a plus. This is an in-office role based in Dublin.
