About this role

The Vascular Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver direct clinical care to vascular patients in their Portland office. You would manage the full patient journey—from initial assessment through follow-up—performing diagnostic evaluations, ordering and administering treatments, and maintaining comprehensive records. The role requires collaboration with the attending surgeon and clinical leadership while maintaining strict adherence to scope of practice and regulatory standards.

Beyond bedside care, this position carries broader clinical and operational responsibilities. You would oversee quality assurance initiatives, participate in peer-to-peer insurance reviews, help maintain IAC accreditation, and contribute to community education and outreach efforts. The practice also expects involvement in marketing, policy development, and ad hoc projects that support the organization's growth and professional standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Nursing with current Massachusetts registration and ideally brings three or more years of vascular-focused NP experience, plus at least one year in outpatient settings. The salary range is $95,000 to $150,000 annually, negotiable based on your background. This is an in-office role suited to someone who thrives in a collaborative clinical environment and is comfortable balancing direct patient care with administrative and community-facing work.
