About this role

Procare Solutions is looking for someone to design and deliver training programs that prepare their customer-facing teams—across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, and Retention—to effectively support early childhood educators using their SaaS platform. You'd be responsible for building onboarding and ongoing training curricula, conducting both in-person and virtual sessions, coaching individual team members, and creating enablement resources like sales scripts and objection-handling guides.
