We're seeking an experienced Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism. The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional.

✅ Previous RBT experience is REQUIRED
✅ Experience working with children with autism is a MUST

About this role
OOS Management Corp. is seeking an experienced male RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy for a 14-year-old nonverbal boy with autism in Forest Hills, Queens. The role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, starting mid-September. This is hands-on work with an active client, so the ideal candidate will be physically fit, calm under pressure, and confident managing dynamic behaviors safely.
You'll need an active RBT certification and demonstrated experience working with autistic children. Prior RBT work is required, not preferred. Beyond technical qualifications, the position calls for someone patient, dependable, and genuinely engaged—this is one-on-one support focused on building skills and independence. You should be comfortable communicating with a team and ready to provide three reference letters along with standard documentation (ID, diploma/GED, and a medical form completed during hiring).
