About this role

Okta is building out its first dedicated enablement function for Customer Success Managers across EMEA, and this new role offers the chance to shape that program from the ground up. Based in Dublin, you'd serve as the primary advocate for the EMEA CSM organization, identifying their technical and readiness needs, designing training and enablement initiatives, and ensuring global programs are adapted meaningfully for European markets. The work spans discovery sessions with leadership, collaboration across product and learning teams, program delivery, and data-driven iteration—requiring you to move quickly in a matrixed environment while maintaining strong relationships across time zones.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of enablement experience in software, ideally in customer success or post-sales contexts, with demonstrated ability to design programs for diverse audiences. You'll need sharp communication and presentation skills, comfort working with technical stakeholders, and genuine understanding of customer success strategy. Perhaps most importantly, Okta emphasizes initiative and self-motivation—they're looking for someone who can identify gaps, propose solutions, and own execution without constant direction. Familiarity with EMEA market dynamics and European business contexts is valued, as is the ability to thrive independently while coordinating resources across a global team.

The role offers a base salary of €56,000–€77,000 depending on experience, plus equity, bonus, and comprehensive benefits including healthcare and parental leave. This is a full-time, in-office position in Dublin with occasional travel across the region expected.
