About this role
At aCommerce, this role puts you at the center of client success across digital marketing strategy and execution. You'll own the full client relationship—from building data-backed roadmaps aligned with their business objectives to monitoring performance across Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, CRM, and other channels. The work spans strategy and hands-on optimization, meaning you'll move beyond vanity metrics to drive real business outcomes like sales and lead generation, while also identifying opportunities to expand aCommerce's services with existing clients.
You'll manage a small team of 1–3 junior staff members, set up efficient workflows, handle budget and performance tracking, and deliver insights-driven reports that demonstrate your understanding of each media channel. This requires strong analytical skills, comfort working with Google Analytics and performance data, and the ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders. Your background should include client-facing or consulting experience—such as account management, project management, or sales—plus solid knowledge of online marketing channels.
The role suits someone organized and proactive who can juggle multiple projects, solve problems independently, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Ecommerce experience or a track record managing your own online shop (including social commerce) is valued, though not required. If you're driven by helping brands reach their potential through data and strategy, this is a hands-on opportunity to grow both client businesses and your own leadership skills.
