About this role
KKR's Global Atlantic Financial Group is building out its annuity business capabilities, and this role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and quality assurance. You'd own the electronic interfaces and data workflows that connect the annuity platform to external partners, TPAs, and industry systems—managing everything from process updates and troubleshooting breaks to designing automation solutions that meet industry standards like DTCC and ACORD. The work is cross-functional by design: you'll partner with operations teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions while maintaining rigorous testing and quality standards.
This is a fit if you have at least three years in annuity operations or a related technology role and understand the workflows behind annuity products. You'll need hands-on experience with annuity platforms and industry-standard tools, plus comfort with Agile, JIRA, and data formats like XML and JSON. The role also expects you to lead testing initiatives, document defects, and drive continuous improvement in QA processes—so analytical thinking and attention to detail matter as much as your ability to work independently and lead cross-team projects.
The position is based in Des Moines and requires in-office work. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
