Trinity Logistics is seeking a motivated Data Entry Specialist to support the account management and logistics teams through daily scheduling, load entry, data management, and problem resolution. Job Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems.
- Handle high volumes of data entry with speed and precision.
- Support the logistics and account management teams with daily scheduling and load entry.
- Track and resolve issues related to shipments and data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and validate information.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing best practices.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems to support daily logistics operations.
- Complete special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This role operates in a physical office environment and is not eligible for remote work. Team Members regularly communicate in person and by phone and may be required to stand, walk, and use hands, arms, and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 10 pounds.
