About this role

At Fanatics Commerce's Shelton warehouse, you'd be part of the operations backbone for a global sports merchandise powerhouse, handling the inventory and logistics that keep officially licensed gear flowing to fans across 180 countries. The role centers on warehouse fundamentals—receiving and shipping orders, picking and prepping merchandise, managing reverse logistics, and staging supplies for retail events—with the added dimension of supporting live events and shows that can require extended or variable hours. You'd work part-time on a day shift schedule with flexibility for weekend and event-driven demands, earning $20 per hour.

The position suits someone with warehouse experience who can thrive in a fast-paced, shifting environment. Prior forklift certification and familiarity with POS systems are pluses but not dealbreakers; what matters more is your ability to juggle multiple priorities, maintain accuracy under time pressure, and keep operations organized. You'd collaborate closely with the Warehouse Management Team and Event Operations Managers, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and take on cross-training opportunities to support other areas as needed. If you're detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting and moving merchandise regularly, and comfortable adapting to the unpredictable demands of event retail, this could be a solid fit within a company that operates at scale across major sports leagues and properties worldwide.
