About this role

Working on Taco's production floor in Cranston, you'd be the backbone of material flow—receiving and organizing component parts, pulling orders from inventory, and ensuring finished goods move to the warehouse with 100% accuracy. The role demands constant attention to detail: verifying part numbers and quantities, maintaining precise ERP records, monitoring stock levels, and flagging shortages before they disrupt production. You'll operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers throughout the shift, handling materials up to 30 pounds regularly and managing the physical demands of a busy manufacturing environment.

This position suits someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who's comfortable with hands-on work and systematic processes. You'll need forklift certification (or the ability to obtain it), basic computer skills for data entry and scanning, and the organizational discipline to follow procedures without deviation. The company expects you to complete Manufacturing Process Sheets training within 90 days and maintain a strong safety record—personal protective equipment is non-negotiable on the production floor.

Taco frames itself as a family-oriented operation offering tuition reimbursement, career development, on-site training, and profit-sharing alongside competitive pay and benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role on the first shift with no supervisory responsibilities—a straightforward production support position in a stable, established company.
