About this role

Morgan & Morgan's Employment Law department is looking for a litigation paralegal to support attorneys handling employment disputes and claims. You'd spend your time preparing and filing court documents across federal and state systems, managing discovery processes, coordinating depositions, and organizing evidence and exhibits. The role also involves regular contact with the EEOC, clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams—so communication and coordination skills matter as much as document preparation.

The position requires at least two years of legal services experience in a law firm setting, ideally with general litigation background in federal court. You should be comfortable with discovery procedures, court rules, and the mechanics of litigation documentation. This is a full-time, in-office role in Washington, D.C. with no remote options, and it demands someone who can manage multiple deadlines in a busy environment. An associate degree or paralegal certificate is preferred but not strictly required if you have equivalent work experience.

The salary range is $28.85 to $43.27 per hour. Full-time staff receive medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
