About this role

Kymber Consulting Group is seeking a BPA Manager to lead performance and operations for a major FEMA grants management contract. You would own end-to-end delivery of the Blanket Purchase Agreement supporting FEMA's Grant Programs Directorate, managing multiple task orders, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for the government's Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative. The role demands strong accountability across deliverables, budgets, schedules, staffing, and quality assurance, with the expectation of a 2-hour response time to government inquiries.

This position requires at least 10 years managing complex, multi-task federal contracts or BPAs—ideally with direct experience interfacing with contracting officers throughout a program's lifecycle. A bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field is required; PMP certification is preferred. You'll need to obtain and maintain DHS/FEMA suitability clearance and complete required agency training. The role is full-time, in-office in Washington, DC, with minimal travel as needed.

Kymber offers standard benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), paid time off, disability and life insurance, professional development support, and an employee assistance program. The position is contingent upon contract award.
