Description
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Talent Operations Specialist to build and run the machinery behind talent and people ops as we scale. This isn't a traditional HR generalist role - it's for someone who treats recruiting and people ops like an engineering challenge: we don't just 'use' tools, we build AI-augmented workflows, automate the manual, and engineer our people & talent infrastructure for scale. You'll straddle recruiting ops and people ops, work directly with our existing team, and own the day-to-day execution that keeps our ATS and HRIS infrastructure fast, clean, and scalable. We move fast and put in long hours because we're building the infrastructure for a small team to operate like a much larger one - if that trade-off excites you rather than drains you, you'll fit in here.
Key Responsibilities
- Own interview coordination end to end: schedule and manage complex, multi-stakeholder interviews across formats and time zones.
- Build AI into coordination and reporting workflows so a small team can run at scale.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through the interview process, responsive and clear at every touchpoint.
- Maintain data integrity: own accurate, up-to-date candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a recruiting metrics dashboard (volume, conversion, time-in-stage, hiring manager accountability).
- Partner closely with the Head of People & Talent to manage priorities, streamline processes, and offload high-leverage operational tasks.
Qualifications
- On-site or hybrid presence preferred.
- Experience in talent ops, people ops, management consulting, or other high-intensity operational roles.
- API/MCP experience; comfortable with ATS integrations and automation.
- Experience with recruiting or people technology (Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, Workday, GoodTime, Modernloop).
- You've supported or run programs across multiple regions, working through regional differences in compliance, process, and stakeholder needs.
- You write and speak clearly, whether the audience is a hiring manager, a vendor, or leadership.
To Apply
Send us your resume and portfolio or personal website (required) along with a short note on a project you're proud of.

About this role
RadixArk is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist to build scalable recruiting and people ops infrastructure as the company grows. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting operations and people operations, requiring someone who approaches talent challenges like engineering problems—automating manual workflows, integrating AI into coordination processes, and maintaining clean, fast systems rather than simply using off-the-shelf tools. You'll own interview coordination across multiple time zones and formats, manage candidate data integrity in the ATS, build reporting dashboards, and serve as the primary point of contact delivering a polished candidate experience. The work is hands-on and directly supports the Head of People & Talent in keeping a small team operating at scale.
The ideal candidate has operational experience in talent, people ops, management consulting, or similarly high-intensity environments. You'll need technical comfort with ATS integrations, APIs, and automation platforms like Ashby, Rippling, Greenhouse, or Workday. Prior exposure to multi-region programs and compliance considerations is valuable. Strong communication skills matter—you'll write documentation, speak clearly to hiring managers and leadership, and coordinate across stakeholders. This is an in-office role in Palo Alto for a company founded by AI infrastructure veterans from xAI and NVIDIA; the pace is fast and the hours are long, but the trade-off is working with a team that's deliberately engineered to punch above its weight.
The salary range is $118,000–$200,000 USD plus equity, depending on background and experience. When applying, include your resume, a portfolio or personal website, and a brief note on a project you're proud of.
