About this role

Keen Footwear is looking for a Supply Planner II to own the inventory planning function for wholesale finished goods—balancing demand forecasts against production constraints while optimizing inventory turns and service levels. You'll develop monthly buy plans at the style and color level, work with demand planners to translate forecasts into purchase recommendations, and collaborate across sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics to align supply with market needs. The role requires you to monitor inventory performance against targets, flag excess or speculative stock, and present data-driven insights to leadership.

This position suits someone with a solid supply chain foundation—ideally three years of planning experience in apparel or footwear—who is comfortable working in SAP and Excel and can synthesize information from multiple sources to make sound recommendations. You'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly across functions. The role is based in Portland with a hybrid schedule (four days on-site per week) and involves occasional travel, up to 5 percent annually.

The salary range is $81,900 to $86,500 annually. A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is required, though equivalent experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis.
