About this role
Morgan & Morgan's Boston litigation paralegal role centers on supporting attorneys through the full lifecycle of personal injury cases—from initial pleadings and discovery through trial preparation and settlement. You'll handle document preparation and e-filing, conduct legal research and factual investigation, manage depositions and discovery requests, and coordinate exhibits and trial materials. The position also involves direct client and court communication, witness preparation, and liaison work across trial teams and external parties. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced environment where organization, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of litigation paralegal or legal services experience in a law firm setting, ideally in personal injury, workers compensation, premises liability, or related injury practice areas. While a nationally accredited paralegal program is preferred, the firm will consider an associate's degree or equivalent work experience. You'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision, and a collaborative mindset suited to a large firm culture.
The position offers competitive compensation between $28.85 and $43.27 per hour plus a generous bonus plan, along with standard full-time benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays. This is an in-office role in Boston at a firm with over 6,000 employees nationwide focused on consumer rights litigation.
