About this role

Monumental Sports & Entertainment is seeking part-time seasonal support for its Global Partnership team during Capitals and Wizards home games and special events at Capital One Arena. This role centers on game-day execution—photographing signage and activations, setting up experiential elements, staffing client receptions, managing inventory, and supporting the logistics that keep partnership activations running smoothly. You'd be embedded in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and problem-solving matter as much as enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate combines customer service instincts with organizational skills and genuine interest in sports marketing and partnerships. Photography experience is valued but not required; what matters more is your ability to work independently and collaboratively, stay composed during busy game nights, and handle physical demands like standing for extended periods and moving equipment up to 50 pounds. You'll need flexibility to work most Mystics home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus occasional non-game special events.

At $18.40 per hour, this is a seasonal, in-office position suited to someone building early career experience in sports and entertainment or looking for structured part-time work around game schedules. It offers direct exposure to how major sports partnerships operate and the chance to contribute to events that draw significant crowds and high-profile clients.
