ROKA is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing outbound orders for shipment, ensuring products are packaged, labeled, and dispatched correctly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders using shipping software, handheld scanners, and label printers
- Verify orders against packing slips and inspect products for damage before shipping
- Apply correct labels and documentation for FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL, including international
- Stage packages for daily carrier pickups and meet same-day shipping cutoffs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping station
- Receive, verify, and put away inbound shipments; perform cycle counts
- Process customer returns and perform quality inspections as assigned
- Transfer and deliver packages and materials throughout the facility; support other departments as needed
Must Haves:
- Prior shipping or warehouse experience
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive-task environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly
- Experience working with eyewear a plus
- Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Working Environment:
- Based primarily in our shipping and warehouse area; may move throughout the manufacturing facility throughout the day.
- Environment is fast-paced and deadline oriented
- This environment requires:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours per day per scheduled shift)
- Ability to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to approximately 45 lbs.
- This role is onsite at ROKA Headquarters; Monday - Friday

ROKA, the Austin-based performance eyewear brand, is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to manage order preparation and shipment from their warehouse. You'll pick, pack, and verify outbound orders daily, apply shipping labels across multiple carriers, inspect products for quality issues, and meet consistent daily quotas. The role requires you to stay organized under deadline pressure, communicate proactively with the Shipping Lead about any delays or discrepancies, and occasionally support inventory counts and returns processing.
You'll need at least one year of prior shipping or warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The work is fast-paced and repetitive, so comfort with that environment is essential. Prior eyewear experience and bilingual English-Spanish skills are valued but not required. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to follow instructions clearly in English.
The position is full-time, in-office at ROKA's Austin headquarters Monday through Friday.
