About this role
PLACE is a real estate SaaS platform serving top-producing teams and their clients, and this sales role sits at the center of their growth strategy. You'd be selling Landvoice—their core product—to real estate professionals, handling the full sales cycle from cold outreach through closing and follow-up. The work is straightforward: prospecting, qualifying, presenting solutions, hitting volume targets, and building a pipeline. You'll report to the Executive Director of Operations and work Monday through Friday in their Draper office.
The role suits someone with at least two years of sales experience who genuinely enjoys talking to people and thrives on hitting numbers. You need strong communication skills, meticulous organization, and the ability to learn the product deeply enough to speak credibly about it. PLACE emphasizes a growth mindset and accountability—they want self-starters who can manage their own priorities and stay current on sales best practices. The compensation is $18–$20 per hour plus uncapped commission, paired with standard benefits including PTO as needed, insurance, 401(k) match, and stock options.
This is a high-activity role in a competitive space. If you're a hunter who enjoys relationship-building, can handle rejection, and want to prove yourself in a fast-growing company where commission upside is real, it's worth exploring. If you prefer a slower pace, remote work, or a less metrics-driven environment, it's probably not the fit.
