About this role
OneOncology's Interventional Radiology clinic in Patchogue is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support a procedural practice serving Long Island and Manhattan. The role centers on patient care throughout the procedure journey—pre-procedure outreach and assessment, contrast monitoring during imaging studies, IV placement, and post-procedure follow-up calls to track recovery and complications. You'll work alongside radiologists and clinical staff in a collaborative outpatient setting, balancing independent patient management with teamwork in a growing specialty service.
This position suits an APP who enjoys direct patient interaction and procedural medicine equally. While prior radiology or procedural experience is preferred, the practice welcomes both experienced providers and new graduates with active New York licensure and current certification (NP-C or PA-C). The role demands strong communication skills, comfort working autonomously within a team structure, and solid clinical assessment abilities. You'll be based in Patchogue Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $140,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
The practice offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and CME reimbursement. Patchogue itself provides waterfront living with beach access, local dining and cultural venues, and straightforward commuting to New York City if needed.
